Customer Technical Support

Securify offers responsive, certified Securify technical specialists who possess a wide range of networking, security and SecurVantage expertise. Our focus is on rapid identification and resolution of your issues. Specific features:

  • Three-tiered support providing access to basic, field, and product development level experts
  • 24-hour live call pick-up or direct email support submission
  • Technical specialist availability 8am-8pm EST, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
  • Customer portal (MySecurify) providing:
    • SecurVantage Product Documentation, including operation and installation guides
    • SecurVantage Product updates, Release Notes, and Advisories
    • A secure repository for the upload/download of diagnostic files and configuration documents to assist with troubleshooting issues

General Support

Our general support includes: requests for software and documentation, hardware RMA issues, requests for access to MySecurify and to our Security Best Practices website, basic configuration issues, initial trouble-call handling and escalation to higher levels of support.

Education Services

Securify offers several comprehensive training solutions for customers, with options for certification or focused, modular curriculum selections. Classes are offered at our Herndon, VA training facility or on-site at customer locations. Additionally, existing customers may order a computer-based training (CBT) CD that covers introductory topics regarding SecurVantage features.

Implementation Services

Securify's proven implementation process ensures a successful deployment regardless of the network environment. This process has deployed thousands of Securify Monitors in demanding environments throughout the globe. Implementation services efforts focus on working closely with customers to establish product use strategy, optimize installation points, product configuration and detailed transfer of knowledge.

Professional Services

Securify professional services offer a diverse range of consulting services to help you gain immediate value from our products, including:

  • Advanced Configuration Support - Securify engineers will strategize with your IT professionals to define problems and potential solutions for your security, compliance or business needs.
  • SecurVantage Optimization - A detailed review of your current implementation with a focus on policy efficiencies and optimum use of the powerful SecurVantage policy features.
  • Upgrade Service Package - This three day offering provides full upgrade services of SecurVantage software release with full migration of all appliances, new feature setup and training, and full policy transition.

Managed Security Services

Securify Managed Security Services are designed to allow enterprise IT organizations a cost-effective method for their SecurVantage management, monitoring, and workflow needs.
