Chairman and CEO
Buck French joined the Securify Board of Directors in March of 2004, and was named CEO and Chairman in December 2004. His prior start-up experience was co-founder and CEO of OnLink Technologies, where he grew the company from two to 210 employees, secured funding of more than $37 million and won significant contracts with Fortune 2000 companies. In August of 2000 Siebel Systems acquired OnLink for $609M. While at Siebel, Mr. French was the Vice President and General Manager of the Interactive Selling Group. Under his leadership this area grew to be the third largest business unit at Siebel. Most recently, Mr. French was a Partner at JPMorgan Partners where he was involved with software investing. He earned his MBA from Harvard University and his BS degree in Economics and General Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Chief Scientist and Co-Founder
Co-founder and first employee of Securify, Geoffrey Cooper manages the company's network monitoring and tools development team. Mr. Cooper began working in Internet transport protocols in the early 1980's at MIT and he developed the first TCP-IP networked laser printer at IMAGEN (subsequently acquired by QMS, Inc). He has since gained more than 18 years of experience in several areas of computer engineering including Internet protocols, embedded systems, graphics, and image compression. Prior to joining Securify, he led the project teams that developed network appliances for a Silicon Valley startup. Mr. Cooper received his Bachelor's and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science from MIT.

VP of Field Operations
Richard Greene has spent 17 years delivering networking and security solutions to the Global 2000. He has held executive roles at Orbital Data, Sanctum, Network Associates and Symantec. At Orbital Data, as Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Operations, he transitioned sales from a niche media vertical to a horizontal WAN Optimization market. Prior, he was EVP of Worldwide Sales at Sanctum, the de-facto market-leader in web application security. At Sanctum, his team grew annual revenues 130% Y/Y for four years; he also established international operations, launched a full channel program and drove market adoption by adding 68 of the top Fortune 100. Mr. Greene also started the European operations for Pretty Good Privacy (PGP). He ran channels, OEM sales and business development for the unit when it was acquired by Network Associates. He also spent five years in sales and management at Symantec. Mr. Greene earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Nottingham University, United Kingdom.

Dave Mullin has over twenty years experience providing high-tech companies with leadership in organizational and financial management. Mr. Mullin has extensive knowledge of capital markets, both public and private, including a $175 million IPO for NP Test, a $160 million secondary equity offering of SMART Modular Technologies, Inc. and secured a $15 million private financing round at Terawave during the dramatic contraction in the telecom market. In addition, Mullin has significant experience with mergers and acquisitions. As CFO, he helped lead the sale of SMART to Solectron for $2.4 billion. He was integral in the acquisition of OnLink to Siebel Systems for $609 million and facilitated the sale of NP Test, Inc. to Credence Systems, Inc. for $661 million. He is a member of the Software Advisory Board of JP Morgan Ventures. Mr. Mullin has a B.A. in Business Administration with honors from San Francisco State University.

VP of Engineering
Tim Vo heads Securify's engineering and product development operations. He has broad engineering skills with over 20 years of senior management and product development experience working with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Securify, Mr. Vo was Senior Vice President of Product Development for Determine Systems, where he spearheaded the engineering group and drove a major product release. As Siebel System's Vice President of Engineering, he was primarily responsible for driving successful Core deliveries of 7.x releases. He also successfully drove the merging of OnLink technologies into the Siebel product line within a compressed delivery timeline. Mr. Vo earned his BSEE degree with honors at University of South Carolina's School of Engineering and graduated first in his class at US Naval OCS.

VP of Products and Marketing
Steve Woo leads Securify's marketing, product management and strategic business development efforts. He was the previously Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Riverhead Networks, leading the security company to dominate the market for protecting ecommerce from distributed denial of service attacks. He parlayed this success into an acquisition of Riverhead by Cisco Systems. At Cisco, he drove the integration of behavioral anomaly technology into Cisco's security platforms and deployments to leading enterprise and financial customers. Prior to Riverhead, Mr. Woo managed the Marketing for Enterprise Management solutions at Cisco responsible for a portfolio of security management, traffic analysis, and quality of service tools. He had been the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Class Data Systems, a policy management vendor, acquired by Cisco in 1998. Mr. Woo held senior strategic planning, marketing and product management positions at Bay Networks/SynOptics Communications and was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. He earned his MBA and MSEE from Stanford University.
